our story
The KMIR Experience began from the founder Seneca Alma's prison incarceration. During those years Seneca Alma went on what he now calls his Freedom-Prison journey. He organized workshops, meditations, yoga sessions and fitness bootcamps with hundreds of men. From this vision, “The KMIR Experience” model was born.
